We typically ship Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow up to 5 days for your order to get packed up before it's handed to the mail carrier. We do not ship same day or offer rush orders.

Planners that are listed as a "pre-order" will not ship until the specified date noted in the description. Please read product descriptions for important information regarding shipping estimations.

You should receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as it's ready to ship out. If you don’t see it right away try checking your junk folder. If you do not receive this email within 1 week of placing your order please contact us at orders@therainbowvision.com with your order number and we will be happy to check on your order.

Please contact orders@therainbowvision.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been picked up by the mail carrier we cannot make any changes to the address.

Yes we do! We ship via UPS or USPS depending on what is selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any VAT and duty fees that may be associated with your order once it arrives in your country.

If you would like to change something about your order please contact us ASAP at orders@therainbowvision.com. If 24 hours have passed since you placed your order we may not be able to make changes.

We're so sorry this happened! We always try and pack our orders to the best of our ability but occasionally things happen in transit. Please reach out to us at orders@therainbowvision.com with order details and a photo of your item and we will be happy to send a replacement.

We only want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied please message us within 30 days of your order delivery. All inquiries can be sent to orders@therainbowvision.com and we will be happy to address the issue! If an exchange isn't desired then we will gladly process a refund.

We ask that you ship the unused item(s) back before the refund or exchange is processed.

At this time we do not offer local pickup.

Our limited edition dated planners are released one a year in the fall. These 13 month dated planners go from December - January of the following year.

Preorders for the new dated planner are usually available by October for retail customers, and by August for wholesale customers.

We also offer undated planners where you can write in your own dates as you go. Open dated planners are offered year round.

Rainbow Vision designs all products at our home warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. We work with a variety of printing and book binding manufacturers in the United States for the production of all of our books. For the sanctity of proprietary information we do not disclose sensitive vendor information.

Our undated planners have no dates so that you can fill them in as you go. There is a list of major holidays and moon phases for the current year plus the following year located at the start of the undated planner to be used as a convenient reference.

Undated planners are great for those who want to start a new planner anytime, don't use their planner in a traditional way, or those who don't want to feel like they've wasted planner space when they take long breaks from using it.

Here at Rainbow Vision we are always working on our environmental impact. While being "green" is not a perfect science we are very conscious of where our products are produced and how much we are leaving behind after our items are used and discarded. Here are some ways in which we are trying to do better:

We are partnered with One Tree Planted to plant one tree for every order we receive.

Rainbow Vision planners, journals, notebooks, cards, envelopes, and their backing cards are all totally recyclable (yep, even the front and back covers of the planners and journals!), or compostable. Simply remove the wire coil (made from steel) from your journal or planner and recycle with your paper trash or cut up to add to your household compost heap.

The printer we work with for our journals and planners often uses leftover paper from the mills that would otherwise have gone to a landfill.

Our shipping boxes are all made from 100% recycled cardboard produced by Pratt Plus who has excellent sustainability practices and who have been dedicated to minimal environmental impact for over 30 years.

We only ship our orders twice a week in order to help minimize our carbon footprint.
The cellophane sleeves our greeting cards are packaged in are made of a plant-based material and are 100% compostable.

We are always exploring new options to make Rainbow Vision products and processes as sustainable as possible. Any suggestions and ideas on how we can improve in that regard are always welcome!

Because we do not print our books in house we cannot take custom orders for individual planners, notebooks, or journals.
